The ten days program on Advance farm machinery training for extension officer was ended on 29th, June 2017. It was aimed to upgrade their skills and knowledge on farm machinery and those who have already availed basic course. Fifty seven extension officer attended the course and succussfully completed the training course program. The Agriculture Machinery Training Section under Agriculture Machinery Centre coordinated and organized the training as one of the main mandates of the centre.
The Closing Ceremony was venued at AMTS and it was graced by Dasho Secretary (MoAF), Director (DoA), 3 Division Chiefs, CEO (FMCL), Programme Directors (NPHC & NSC), DAO (Paro), OPD (AMC) and section head of AMC. During the ceremony, Dasho secretary and Director of DoA emphasised on the importance of farm mechanization as well as field level staff in upbringing the data and targeting towards the planned achievemnts. In a way of doing these activities, Dasho also emphasized on the need of working as one. The closing of Advance farm machinery training ended by awarding the successful completion certificates to all the participants.
