The total of 37 participants from Samtse Dzonkhag attended 3 days ( From 29 Dec-31st Dec 2017) fresher course on road safety and traffic discipline, care and maintenance of power tiller/tractor. Beside that power tiller and tractor driving test was also conducted to provide licence to competent operator. During test only 2 and 7 candidates qualified in tractor and power tiller respectively.The organizer encouraged/advocated unsuccessful candidates to attend the training on tractor/power tiller which AMTS usually conduct as annual program at Paro, Gelephu and Trashigang offices to get licence.The AMTS, Paro initiated the event at Yoseltse to enhance farm mechanization support programme. The AMC management would like to thank resource person from RSTA and Police and Agriculture sector of Samtse Dzongkhag for making this program successful.
