The second and final round of verification for RAMCs, Paro, Bajo, Khangma and Samteling were completed on December 19 headed by the officiating Programme Director and team. It was started from RAMC Paro and finally ended in RAMC Samteling. FMCL officials in all these regional offices were also included in the team during the excercise. The first and comprehensive verification was headed by the administrative officer of AMC and in the team included officials from technical and accounts sections.The issues for discussion from the first excercise were all resolved and the all verifications and handing over documents were prepared during the second round of verification.
Now AMC plans to officially hand over the hiring machines,vehicles, workshop equipment , land and buildings under lease and office equipment on January 1, 2017 in prior consultation with Department of Agriculture. It was done based on the executive order received by AMC.
