The 2 days in-house discussion on farm need assessment analysis completed successfully. Through survey analysis the various points were discussed on enhancement of training, quality and research to help farmers through mechanization. Before the discussion survey was conducted covering twenty Dzongkhags to collect issues from farmers and deliberation was more on how we will solve those issues through mechanization intervention. The soon report on need assessment will be publish and it will act as guide for successful implementation of 12th five year plan. The farm specialist chaired the meeting and total of 29 participants from head office and two regional attended the meeting in Paro.
