1. COMPETENCY BASED CURRICULUM VALIDATION MEETING

For improvement of training delivery and also to meet the National Competency Standards the AMC collaborated with Ministry of Labour and Human Resources to develop standard curriculum and teaching methodology to change the training delivery system. With this understanding program most of the trainers have availed the Training of Trainer (TOT) and it really enhanced the training delivery both theoretically and practically.  For further improvement competency based curriculum validation meeting on Power tiller operation  NC-II and Power tiller mechanics NC-II was conducted from 15^th to 16^th March at AMTC conference hall. The team from TVET Professional Services Division, Department of Technical Education and the chief, Quality and Certification Division, Department of Occupational Standard under MoLHR facilitated the program. The team led by Program Director along with farm specialist, relevant staff from AMTC, two regionals and head office attended the meeting.
